RHEIDOL (The), a river of Cardigan; rising on the N W side of Plinlimmon; running 3½ miles west-south-westward on the boundary with Montgomery; proceeding7 miles southward, to Devil's-Bridge; receiving therethe tribute of the Mynach; and going thence 11 mileswestward, to the sea at Aberystwith.
