Nevern, par. and vil., Pembrokeshire - par., 14,637 ac. (115 water), pop. 1307; the vil. stands on river Nevern, 8 miles SW. of Cardigan, and has remains of a Norman castle; a cromlech and a stone circle are in the neighbourhood.
