Lees, an estate, with a mansion, in Coldstream parish, Berwickshire, on the left bank of the Tweed, in the south-western vicinity of the town. Acquired by his great-grandfather as heir of entail in 1770, it is now the property of Sir John Marjoribanks, third Bart. since 1815 (b. 1830; suc. 1834), who holds 3332 acres in the shire, valued at £6064 per annum.Ord.
