Kilmelfort, a hamlet in Kilninver parish, Lorn district, Argyllshire, at the head of Loch Melfort, 15½ miles S of Oban and 14 of Kilmartin. It has a post once under Lochgilphead, with more order and savings' bank departments. See Kilninver.
