PRESTON-RICHARD, a township in Heversham parish, Westmoreland; in the valley of the Beetha river, to the E of Heversham. It contains the hamlets of Crooklands, Endmoor, and Milton. Acres, 1, 760. Real property, £3, 337. Pop., 504. Houses, 83. There are gun-powder-works.
