Ballyhalbert, or St Andrews, coast par. and fishing vil., E. co. Down, 13 miles SE. of Newtonards ry. sta.-- par., 4031ac., pop. 2157; vil., pop. 503; P.O.Market-days, Tuesday and Saturday.
