ROBIN-RIGG-BANK, a shoal off the N W coast of Cumberland; at the E side of the mouth of the Solwayfrith, in the neighbourhood of Allonby. It is 3 mileslong, and 1 mile broad; and it is marked by the Solway light-vessel, placed here in 1841, and showing a light 25feet high.
